SHIPPING POLICY

At The Satin Pothos, we want to ensure your house plants reach you in the best condition. We reserve the right to delay shipments in cases of freezing temperatures or extreme heat to protect plant health. Please track your package diligently to assist in swift retrieval upon delivery, minimizing potential damage from extended outdoor exposure.

Through the 30 years of mailing live plants, we have found the best way to ship them safely. Weather plays a massive role in whether or not you will unwrap a healthy or damaged plant. We offer options to purchase cold packs, if the temperatures between Florida (us) and wherever you are in the United States reaches above 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we will place the reusable cold pack to help prevent heat damage during the shipping process. Likewise, if temperatures reach freezing levels, we can include a heat pack. If those options aren't utilized, we reserve the right to hold your plant until the weather changes and we feel it is safest.

1. Have someone available to receive the package quickly after it is delivered.

2. In case you find any discrepancies or have concerns, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays or mis-deliveries.

4. Notify us immediately if there are any changes to your shipping address or delivery instructions.
